The 2021 schedule:
Sunday Sept 19
Albert Dorman Honors College iNaturalist project opens.
ADHC students should register at iNaturalist.org, and then join "NJIT-ADHC Fall 2021 Biodiversity Survey."
Monday Sept 20
7:00am – 8:30am: Bird banding demonstration, Dr. Claus Holzapfel, Rutgers.
Rutgers campus, main plaza.
Tuesday Sept 21
No events
Wednesday Sept 22: Main NJIT day
7:00am – 8:30am: Bird banding demonstration, Dr. Claus Holzapfel, Rutgers.
Rutgers campus, main plaza.
10am – 5pm: NJIT Bioblitz!
Table in front of CKB main entrance. Stop by and say hello, see what we have found so far, or join the bioblitz. You can join for 5 minutes or however long you like.
5pm – 6pm: Bird walk, Dr. Dan Bunker, NJIT
Meet at CKB main entrance.
8pm – 10pm: Moth presentation and collection, 'night animals' walk, Dr. Maria Stanko, NJIT, and Dr. Elena Tartaglia, Bergen Community College.
Meet in CKB Room 126 at 8pm..
