Robotic Therapy to Improve Manipulation after Stroke
Neurorehabilitation must be intensive, repeated, rewarded and subject initiated. Research with the NJIT-RAVR has shown that robotic interventions, combined with virtual reality can be motivating to subjects and can provide assistance as needed to provide a sense of accomplishment.
