Category I — Development, deployment and operation of novel national-scale integrated data systems and services, which may leverage or interface with existing capabilities.
Category II — Transition of established smaller-scale, regional, pilot or prototype systems to national-scale, production-quality services. May also include enhancement and expansion of existing national-scale operational systems.
Category III — Planning grants for future IDSS development, deployment, transition or enhancement projects.
