Join us for an introduction to the new solicitation, Foundations for Operating the National Artificial Intelligence Research Resource: the NAIRR Operations Center (NAIRR-OC), NSF 25-546. This program seeks proposals to establish a community-based organization responsible for foundational operational activities supporting a national infrastructure for AI research and education.

We'll cover key topics, including:

• Organizational leadership — Establishing the operational framework, management and success metrics for NAIRR.
• Building NAIRR capabilities and community — Deploying a unified portal, integrating data-focused and other resources, and engaging stakeholders through outreach and community building.
• Interfacing with pilot operations — Coordinating with NAIRR Pilot partners and planning for future operational transitions.
